Foundation · Workshops

Invest a day. Take away something concrete.

No lecture about AI, no slide deck to read afterwards. In our workshops your team works on a real task from your own house — and takes the result away. Six formats, for artificial intelligence and for immersive technologies.

Six formats

Two topics, three levels.

For AI and for immersive technologies we offer the same sequence in each case: first orientation, then a basis for decisions, then something that runs. You come in wherever your house is right now — and don’t have to start at level one if you’re further along.

AI · Orientation & impulse

Half a day to a full day for a team or leadership group: what language models and agents really do today, where they work reliably and where they make things up. We show it on tasks from your industry rather than on demos — and we cover the uncomfortable topics too: data protection, copyright, liability, works council.

What you take awayA shared vocabulary in the house and a list of the use cases that actually deliver something for you, with effort and risk noted alongside.

AI · Strategy

Two days, spread across preparation and follow-up. At leadership level it’s about direction, investment scope and responsibilities; with a single department it’s about their concrete processes. We review what you have in terms of data and systems, and test every use case for value, effort and dependencies.

What you take awayA prioritised roadmap: what first, what later, what not at all. Decision-ready, with effort estimates and named owners.

AI · Implementation

We take a real process from your house apart and put it back together: quotation, data upkeep, reporting, translations, product descriptions. Your team builds alongside; we sit beside you and step in where it sticks — not the other way round. At the end comes the question of who looks after the process from now on.

What you take awayA working agent for a recurring work step, documented and ready to hand over. It’s yours, configuration and all, with no tie to a tool of ours.

XR · Orientation & impulse

3D, augmented reality, virtual spaces, digital twin: we sort out the terms and show on devices what runs in the browser today and what needs an app. With an honest look at what a product model costs and when it pays off.

What you take awayClarity on which technology suits which sales or trade-fair problem, and which of your products are suitable at all.

XR · Strategy

We review your existing construction and product data and clarify what can be made from it, and at what quality. Plus the question of use: trade fair, field sales, training, spare-parts service — each channel has different demands on level of detail and load time.

What you take awayA delivery plan with data needs, effort and sequence, and a solid statement of what your CAD data can support.

XR · Implementation

From one of your products we create an interactive model: reduced to what may be shown, running in the browser, no download for the viewer. We set it up for the first use case and hand it over so your team can maintain variants itself.

What you take awayAn interactive 3D or AR model of your product, ready for trade fair or sales, plus the instructions for how variants are added.

Who it’s for

Marketing and communication teams, product management, technical documentation, sales — and, at the strategy level, the leadership. No prior knowledge needed; curiosity, yes.

Where

At your premises or in Munich. For distributed teams online too — then over two half-days rather than all at once.

Prototypes run in isolation

Whatever is created in the workshop runs on a walled-off instance with no access to internal systems. Your data stays your data.

Fragen und Antworten

Häufige Fragen

Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. We start from what your team does every day, not from technology. Anyone who writes a document or costs a quote brings enough with them.
How big should the group be?
Six to twelve people. Fewer, and the friction is missing; more, and not everyone gets to build. At the strategy level it’s usually fewer — there, what counts is that the decision-makers are in the room.
Do we have to start at level one?
No. If it’s already clear in the house what it’s about, you come in directly at Strategy or Implementation. In the preliminary conversation we clarify which level fits.
Do we get to keep the result?
Yes, in full: prototype, configuration and documentation. You’re not tied to any tool or licence of ours.
What happens to our data in the workshop?
Whatever is created in the workshop runs on a walled-off instance with no access to your internal systems. We work with sample data unless agreed otherwise.

Which format suits your task?

Write and tell us where your team is stuck right now. We’ll tell you which level helps — and whether one is needed at all.
