A fresh web presence for an IT recruiter, including merchandise.
The brief
myTalentscout brings IT talent and companies together, with an innovative, modern and honest approach. To stand out from other recruiters online too, the brief was for a new website. Alongside showcasing the team and the values behind myTalentscout, the consulting and matching process needed to be presented transparently to both talent and companies.
The solution
The web design, created in collaboration with visuu, feels fresh and youthful, driven above all by its colour palette and the integrated icons and animations. Team photos from the shoot bring the site to life. IT talent and companies alike are addressed directly on the homepage, with clear information on how working with myTalentscout unfolds.
