What doesn't fit on the stand, we bring to life.

From your product and CAD data, we create a digital twin of your product — depending on your goals, as an interactive 3D model, a configurator or a full digital twin. It brings functions, variants and technical relationships to life at the trade fair, in sales, in marketing, in training and in service.

One model. Many applications.

Once the 3D model has been prepared, it can be used across different applications and extended as needed. Your existing product data becomes a long-term foundation for communication, sales, training and service.

At the trade fair

Showcase large products, complete systems or solutions that haven't even been built yet, without having to transport them — interactively on a screen or in true-to-scale augmented reality.

In sales

Rotate, open up, hide components or animate processes: in conversation, exactly what matters to that particular customer becomes visible.

In the configurator

Variants, equipment and options become directly selectable on the product itself. Customers see their configuration before they even enquire or order.

In marketing

The same data set produces product imagery, animations and content for your website, campaigns, presentations or social media — even for products that haven't been built yet. Cleanly structured product information also creates a strong foundation for discoverability in AI-powered search and assistant systems.

In training

Components, processes and steps can be explained clearly and repeated as often as needed — without tying up the real system or keeping training equipment on hand.

In service

Digital instructions highlight the relevant components and guide users step by step through maintenance and service processes — directly on the real object via augmented reality when needed.

A technical edge only pays off

once it's understood.

Interactive 3D models make functions, variants and technical relationships visible — even to people who can't read engineering drawings.

Our everyday work needs explaining

We start from understanding

— not from technology.

flame has worked with companies from industry, construction and transport since 2003. We bring together B2B marketing, design and 3D technology. That's why a project with us never starts with the question of format — it starts with the point where understanding breaks down today.

The result: applications that don't just look good, but genuinely support marketing and sales.

Show us your product. We'll show you the possibilities.

We'll come to you, right at your stand. In twenty minutes, we'll look together at where an interactive 3D model can concretely support marketing, sales, training or service — including a short demo on a tablet.

Frequently asked questions on this topic

What happens to our engineering data?
We of course work under a non-disclosure agreement. For the application, the source data is deliberately reduced: manufacturing geometries, tolerances or confidential components not needed for the visualisation can be removed. As a result, the published model contains significantly less information than your original engineering data.
How long does implementation take?
That depends on the state of the data, product complexity and the scope of functionality. An initial, illustrative product visualisation can be delivered faster than a configurator with numerous rules and variants. Once we've reviewed your data, you'll get a realistic timeline for the application you want.
What does an interactive 3D model cost?
That mainly depends on the state of the existing data, the product's complexity, the number of variants, and the intended application. After an initial review, we can give you a reliable estimate of effort and cost.
Does Augmented Reality need an app?
Not necessarily. Depending on the application, the AR view can run as Web AR via a link or QR code on suitable smartphones and tablets. A dedicated app or headset only becomes relevant once the use case needs extra functionality, or hands need to stay free during service work.
We don't have usable 3D data — is it still possible?
Of course. Existing engineering data can often be reworked, even if it's older or incomplete. Alternatively, an existing object can be captured by 3D scan, or the model can be rebuilt specifically for the communication purpose you need. For the first conversation, it's enough if you have a rough idea of what data and file formats you already have.
